Corporate Cash service‡ allows employees to use the Card to access cash from ATMs worldwide. Cash withdrawal is billed to individual Corporate Card Accounts and appears as a charge on the next statement following the withdrawal. A transaction fee applies to each withdrawal. Enrolment required.

When you need to cash a personal cheque in a hurry, your Corporate Gold Card acts as a valuable form of security. Your Card allows you to cash a personal cheque for up to $1,000 every seven days in Australia and every 21 days overseas at American Express Travel Offices worldwide.
For legal and medical emergencies while travelling, Card Members can call the Emergency Global Assist‡ Hotline service 24/7 to speak with an English-speaking lawyer, doctor or service provider who can help with cash wires, lost luggage or passports. The service is available virtually anywhere in the world, whenever Card Members travel more than 200km from home, for up to 90 days.
Based on Company policy limits, Card Members can purchase Travellers Cheques and foreign currency from selected American Express Travel Exchange Service Offices using their American Express Corporate Gold Card. Additional fees may apply‡.
The Corporate Membership Rewards program‡ enables Companies to accumulate and consolidate rewards points and use them for a wide range of rewards designed with your business needs in mind. Under the Program, points accumulate, without limits, in a central account. Your Company decides which Cards to enrol and how to use the points.
The Membership Rewards program‡ allows enrolled employees to earn points on their corporate spend paid with the American Express Corporate Card. When you are ready to redeem your points, Membership Rewards has options to please everyone. You can redeem points on air travel and hotel stays, as well as gift cards for shopping, entertainment, home and recreational items‡. Or, shop online‡, using your points for your favourite brands at David Jones.
The Manage Your Card Account online services allow you to keep up with your Card activity and easily manage your account online or on your mobile device. With Manage Your Card Account, Card Members are able to conveniently view statements, make payments, and check their Membership Rewards program‡ balance if enrolled.
American Express @ Work® is an online management tool that allows you to perform day-to-day tasks like: applying for, cancelling, and suspending Cards; monitoring policy compliance; tracking expenses; and creating reports.
American Express offers Combined and Corporate liability options. Combined liability ensures your Company is only liable for business charges, while personal charges are the responsibility of the employee. With Corporate liability the Company is liable for all charges incurred. However, the Company and Card Members are not liable for any unauthorised use of the Card.
Your Company can request that spending limits be set for individual Card Members for total expenditure each month or by individual transaction. Spending limits provide a high degree of reassurance and comfort.
American Express offers a variety of billing and payment options to coordinate with your Company’s payroll periods or reimbursement schedules. You can choose to track and manage payments with individual or central billing and statements‡.
The Amex Mobile app makes it easy for you to manage your Corporate Cards account, even when away from the office. When combined with the Online Services account, the app enables you to conveniently view transactions, verify charges digitally and make payments virtually anytime, anywhere. Available on iOS and mobile web platforms.
Save time with the American Express and Concur ExpenseIT® app. Once a business purchase is made with your Corporate Card, American Express will remind you to capture a photo of your receipt with ExpenseIT, helping to simplify reporting when back in the office. Available on the iOS and Android platforms.
The American Express integration with TripCase® allows you to seamlessly manage your travel plans whilst on the move and embeds your Corporate Card benefits in your TripCase itineraries, so you don't miss an opportunity to use a benefit.
Vicinity by American Express puts you in the know wherever your business takes you. Vicinity helps you locate accommodation, dining options and ATMs across Australia, the US and the UK that warmly welcome your Corporate Card.
When you use your Corporate Gold Card to purchase travel tickets with certain carriers, at no additional cost, you’ll receive Accident Medical Insurance‡ that provides reimbursement of medical expenses incurred as a result of injury sustained while travelling on business.
When scheduled Common Carrier travel tickets are charged to the Corporate Gold Card, you’ll receive complimentary Business Travel Accident Insurance‡ of up to $350,000, providing coverage for death and dismemberment for business trips from departure through your trip (up to 30 days) until you return.
When certain scheduled carrier travel tickets are charged to your Corporate Gold Card, you automatically get complimentary Baggage Insurance‡, which provides reimbursement for or replacement of lost, damaged, stolen baggage while travelling on business on a Common Carrier.
Travel Inconvenience Insurance‡ provides reimbursement, at no fee, of refreshments, accommodation and essential clothing due to a delayed or cancelled flight, missed connections, luggage delay or lost luggage when the travel ticket has been charged to your Corporate Gold Card.
Card Members are covered for personal trips‡ charged to the Corporate Gold Card while boarding, travelling on and exiting these same carriers. Terms and Conditions apply.
Corporate Cash Service:
After Company registers for this service, Card Members must then enrol individually with American Express. In addition, proof of identity to comply with government requirements may be required. Card Members will be informed via post when they have been enrolled and will be supplied with a PIN. Maximum cash limit of AUD 6,500 applies.
Emergency Global Assist:
You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions. Only available when you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 consecutive days.

Membership Rewards Choices and Ascent Programs for Employees
a. Membership Rewards enrolment required (an annual fee applies, but is waived for American Express Corporate Platinum Card Members). Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available at membershiprewards.com.au/termsandconditions. Your Company must allow participation in Membership Rewards to be eligible to enrol. You must enrol yourself and cannot delegate someone else in your Company to do so on your behalf.
b. Refer to americanexpress.com.au/corporaterewards for current earn rates.
c. There may be tax implications associated with your participation in the Membership Rewards program. You are advised to check with you accountant or tax adviser for further information.
d. Membership Rewards Ascent Only: To transfer Membership Rewards points into an airline rewards or frequent guest partner program you must be enrolled in Membership Rewards Ascent and be a member of the partner program. Membership of the partner program is the Card Members responsibility and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable program. A joining fee may apply.
Membership Rewards Shop with Points:
a. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the American Express Membership Rewards program available at membershiprewards.com.au/termsandconditions and the David Jones Terms and Conditions available at davidjones.com.au. Only American Express Cards issued by American Express Australia Limited are eligible provided they are enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. Excludes Supplementary Card Members. A minimum of 3,000 points must be redeemed at any one time. If redeeming with Points + Pay, the 'pay' component of your purchase will be automatically billed to your American Express Card Account and will appear on the first billing statement following redemption. You’ll earn Membership Rewards points on the ‘pay’ component of your purchase only.
b. A minimum of 2,000 points must be redeemed at any one time. You must qualify with the Terms and Conditions in order to redeem points. Tickets must be purchased using your eligible American Express Card and will be charged to that day’s purchase.
c. Photo identification is required for redemption. Points are calculated on AUD equivalent. Redemption of foreign currency only available in American Express Foreign Exchange branches.
The centrally billed option is only available to existing customers who are set up with this billing option.
