Combined liability ensures your Company is only liable for business charges, while personal charges are the responsibility of the employee. With Corporate liability the Company is liable for all charges incurred. However, the Company and Card Members are not liable for any unauthorised use of the Card.

When you use your Corporate Platinum Card to purchase travel tickets with certain carriers, at no additional cost, you’ll receive unlimited coverage for repatriation/evacuation, cost of treatment and reasonable extra accommodation costs in the event of a medical emergency‡.
When scheduled Common Carrier travel tickets are charged to your Corporate Platinum Card, you’ll receive complimentary Business Travel Accident Insurance‡ of up to $400,000, which protects for loss of life while travelling on business trips booked using the Card (including travel by taxi).
When certain scheduled carrier travel tickets are charged to your Corporate Platinum Card, you automatically get complimentary Baggage Insurance‡, up to $30,000, which provides reimbursement for or replacement of lost, damaged, stolen baggage, money and documents while travelling on business on a Common Carrier.
Travel Inconvenience Insurance‡ provides reimbursement of refreshments, accommodation and essential clothing due to a delayed or cancelled flight, missed connections, luggage delay or lost luggage when the travel ticket has been charged to the Corporate Platinum Card.

Platinum Same-Day Fine Dining:
Conditions apply. Restaurant partners are subject to change without notice. All bookings must be made through Platinum Concierge. Table size is based on settings of between 2-4 persons. Account must be settled with an American Express Qantas Corporate Platinum Card.
Corporate Cash Service:
After Company registers for this service, Card Members must then enrol individually with American Express. In addition, proof of identity to comply with government requirements may be required. Card Members will be informed via post when they have been enrolled and will be supplied with a PIN. Maximum cash limit of AUD 6,500 applies.
a. Qantas Accommodation Benefit: One accommodation offer is available for Card Members to choose from each Membership Year and must be redeemed before the end of the Membership Year. All accommodation is for 2 adults in one room for one night and is subject to space availability. Available at selected locations and properties. Qantas does not guarantee that rooms will be available on the dates you choose. During peak demand periods, trade fairs, special events, public holidays and school holidays, conditions may vary or rooms may not be available. Card Members are responsible for the cost of their own travel arrangements from their home to and from their choice of hotel. Emergency Global Assist:
You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions. Only available when you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 consecutive days.
Double Aquire Points:
a. Your business must be an Aquire Member to earn Aquire Points. Fees may apply. Aquire membership and Aquire Points are subject to the Aquire Terms and Conditions available at aquire.com.au/terms. The Double Aquire Points offer is to match the number of Aquire Points otherwise earned for Eligible Flights with Qantas under the Aquire Airline Reward Scheme terms and conditions available at aquire.com.au/terms#airlineterms. Minimum points for redemption and maximum earning cap applies. These additional points will accrue to the business's Aquire account once the Aquire Member has advised American Express of the registered ABN, American Express has validated the Aquire Membership and the Eligible Flight has been flown. Initial Double Aquire Points will be allocated to the Aquire Member's activity statement within six months and monthly thereafter. Businesses that choose to keep an existing rebate, corporate fares agreement or other discount arrangement with Qantas and travel agents are not eligible for this offer. a. The Qantas Rebate enables any eligible Company to receive a cash rebate of between 2% and 5% of its qualifying air spend, up to a maximum amount of AUD50,000 (exclusive of GST) per year. Companies that choose to keep an existing rebate, corporate fares agreement or other Qantas discount arrangement are not eligible for this offer. It is the Company's responsibility to account for the rebate in GST as an 'increased adjustment' in the tax period the Company receives the Rebate. To be eligible for the Qantas Rebate, Companies must spend at least AUD10,000 (inclusive of GST) per annum on eligible Qantas flights as defined in the Qantas Rebate terms and conditions available at americanexpress.com.au/mypa. All spend must be on Qantas (081) tickets charged by the Travel Manager to Qantas' merchant account, for Qantas marketed domestic and international fares (with a QF flight number) in Australian dollars, but excluding Jetstar Airways Pty Limited and packaged fares. Rebate amounts are calculated excluding GST paid by the customer and do not apply to the following: Red Deals (classes E and O); fares on the same ticket as any sector that begins or ends at a port outside Australia, other than a port in New Zealand; Jetstar fares and packaged fares. Membership Rewards Spirit Program for Employees:
a. Membership Rewards enrolment required (an annual fee applies, but is waived for American Express Qantas Corporate Platinum Card Members). Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available at membershiprewards.com.au/termsandconditions. Your Company must allow participation in Membership Rewards to be eligible to enrol. You must enrol yourself and cannot delegate someone else in your Company to do so on your behalf.

c. American Express Qantas Corporate Platinum Card Members enjoy an accelerated earn rate of up to 1.5 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent up to 225,000 points per annum, reverting to up to 1 point for every dollar spent thereafter, refer to americanexpress.com.au/corporatespiritmr for current earn rates.
d. There may be tax implications associated with your participation in the Membership Rewards program. You are advised to check with you accountant or tax adviser for further information.

Membership Rewards Shop with Points:
a. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the American Express Membership Rewards program available at membershiprewards.com.au/termsandconditions and the David Jones Terms and Conditions available at davidjones.com.au. Only American Express Cards issued by American Express Australia Limited are eligible provided they are enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. Excludes Supplementary Card Members. A minimum of 3,000 points must be redeemed at any one time. If redeeming with Points + Pay, the 'pay' component of your purchase will be automatically billed to your American Express Card Account and will appear on the first billing statement following redemption. You’ll earn Membership Rewards points on the ‘pay’ component of your purchase only.
b. A minimum of 2,000 points must be redeemed at any one time. You must qualify with the Terms and Conditions in order to redeem points. Tickets must be purchased using your eligible American Express Card and will be charged to that day’s purchase.
c. Photo identification is required for redemption. Points are calculated on AUD equivalent. Redemption of foreign currency only available in American Express Foreign Exchange branches.
The centrally billed option is only available to existing customers who are set up with this billing option.

150k Qantas Points offer:
The Offer commences on 1 April 2016 and ends on 30 September 2016 ("Offer Period"). The Offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are employed by an organisation, (Australian Company, Partnership, Registered Foreign Company, Unregistered Foreign Company, Government Body, Co-operative, Incorporated Association, Unincorporated Association, Trust) with a valid ABN with an annual turnover of AU$2,000,000 per annum or more. Offer only available to companies that apply for the American Express Qantas Corporate Card program by 30 September 2016, are approved and spend $8,000 in the first three (3) months of American Express Qantas Corporate Card Program membership. Companies who currently hold, or who have previously held an American Express Qantas Corporate Card in the last 12 months are ineligible for this offer. Eligible companies can choose either 150,000 Qantas Points for a nominated individual or 150,000 Aquire Points at the time the application is approved. It is the company’s responsibility to nominate an authorised individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account for the transfer of the Bonus Qantas Points. Bonus Aquire Points are subject to the Company being a Member of the Aquire program and will be credited to the Company’s Aquire account. To receive the Bonus Points, the company’s Corporate Card Program must be in good standing. Allow up to 90 days after the $8,000 spend threshold has been met for the Bonus Qantas or Aquire Points to be awarded to the nominated Qantas Frequent Flyer or Aquire account. Qantas Points quoted for a Qantas Economy return Classic Reward flight from Sydney to either London or New York are accurate as at 21 March 2016 as a guide only and the actual number of points required will be quoted at the time of booking. Classic Flight Reward seats are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited, particularly around peak times such as school and public holidays. Some flights may not have any Classic Reward Flight seats available. Classic Flight Reward fare conditions apply and are provided during booking. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable in addition to the Qantas Points required, are subject to change and are quoted at the time of booking. Classic Flight Reward seats must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure unless booking on qantas.com where Reward bookings may be booked up to 2 hours before scheduled departure for domestic flights or up to 4 hours for international flights (and other advance booking requirements may apply).
