With a Charge Card, you are required to pay your full Charge Card balance in full every month. With a Credit Card, you are not required to pay your balance in full every month; you can carry your balance from one billing cycle to the next.

Your American Express Corporate Card is valid for four years, given the payment terms are being followed. A renewal Card will be sent out automatically 2-4 weeks before the expiry date of your Card.

How does contactless work?
Contactless works through a short-range wireless technology. The Card machine picks up a signal from your Card when it’s very close to it. Normally, you can complete payments up to 200kr without entering your PIN, but as part of a security measure you might be asked to enter your PIN to verify your purchase.
Can I use my Corporate Card to obtain foreign currency?
If your company allows cash withdrawals, you can withdraw Danish or foreign currency in selected ATMs. However, this requires that you receive your American Express Corporate Card PIN by direct mail.
What happens with my Corporate Card if I change my name?
If you change your name, we will replace your Corporate Card. Please contact our Customer Service team on +45 (0) 70 20 44 99 (available Monday – Friday 08.30-16.30) to confirm that we will change the embossing name to what is registered in the National Population Register.

If your Card is lost, stolen, damaged or not received, please contact our Customer Service team on +45 (0) 70 20 44 99 (available Monday – Friday 08.30-16.30) to order a replacement Card. We will then cancel your lost or stolen Card immediately. If your Card is in your possession and is damaged, you can continute using your Card until your replacement Card arrives.

This depends on what payment liability type you have linked to you Corporate Card. If your Company has registered for individual liability, you can contact our Customer Service team to update your billing address. If your Company has registered for central liability, then the Programme Administrator is the only person who can change the billing address.
