  • American Express® Customer Service Team

    Should you need assistance, dedicated customer service representatives are on call 24/7 to replace lost, stolen or damaged Cards, provide information on your monthly statements, answer enquiries about payment terms or explain your Card benefits.

  • Chip & PIN

    Your Card uses Chip & PIN technology to provide extra security and convenience. Once you have activated your Card, you can personalise your PIN at any UK LINK cashpoint offering PIN services.

    If you forget your PIN, if your Card is stolen or if you suspect someone else knows your PIN, call us right away for immediate assistance. If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your Card will be temporarily locked. If this happens, contact us on 0800 917 8016 in the UK or +44 (0) 1273 689 955 when abroad for a PIN reminder. Use this to unlock your Card at any UK LINK cashpoint that offers PIN services, by following the on-screen instructions. Insurance

  • Business Travel Accident Insurance5

    Provides Cardmembers insurance benefits for up to:

    • £225,000 travel accident benefit when travelling on common carrier transportation on a business trip
    • £62,500 when travelling on common carrier transportation on a personal trip
    • If your spouse is travelling with you on a business trip and your spouse’s trip is expensed on the Corporate Card by the organisation, he/she will also enjoy this benefit while on common carrier transportation
    • £225,000 for up to 30 days whilst on a business trip
  • Travel Inconvenience Insurance

    Provides Cardmembers insurance benefits for up to:

    • £100 for delayed flights of more than four hours
    • A further £100 if you miss your connection as a result
    • Additional £100 for delayed baggage for more than six hours on an outbound journey
    • £500 more is available if the baggage is delayed for more than 48 hours

    Payment of the benefit is simply credited to the Corporate Card account to which the expenses were charged.

  • Baggage and Personal Possessions Insurance

    When your travel costs to destinations outside of your country of residence are charged to the Corporate Card, our policy contains an insurance benefit for the loss of, theft of or damage to your baggage. From the moment you leave your home or office to when you return, you will enjoy this benefit for up to £3,500 (single item limit £480 in excess of £95 at time of writing) in addition to the delayed baggage benefit under the Travel Inconvenience Benefit.

Terms and Conditions

1. World Travel Network: Comprises Travel and Foreign Exchange Services locations of American Express. Not all services available at all locations. For further information and locations call the Customer Service Team on 0800 917 8031 (International +44 (0) 1273 622 600).

2. Avios Rewards: Avios issued are subject to UK Executive Club terms and conditions. Avios will not accrue in respect of any Cash Withdrawal, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange Transactions or fees.

Avios will accrue in respect of spending in each month provided your account is not more than 60 days overdue for payment. Avios will not accrue in respect of amounts, which are subsequently recredited to your account because of refunds.

3. On Business Points: Companies participating in the British Airways American Express Corporate Card programme receive 50% more On Business Points than those solely participating in the On Business programme.

On Business Points are earned on British Airways fares including franchisees but excluding codeshare partners and oneworldTM alliances. Reward flights and flight upgrades are subject to applicable taxes, fees, charges and surcharges.

4. Express Cash: Please note that Express Cash application is subject to approval and activation (Terms and Conditions apply). Cash access is granted subject to and governed by the terms of the agreement between American Express and your Company and may be withdrawn at your Company’s request at any time. Please be aware that limits and fees apply. Each time you make an Express Cash transaction a charge will apply of 3% of the value withdrawn or a minimum charge of £3 will apply, whichever is greater.
