    Your Card uses Chip & PIN technology to provide extra security and convenience. Once you have activated your Card, you can personalise your PIN at any UK LINK cashpoint offering PIN services. Insurance

  • Car Rental Loss and Damage

    In the event of your rental vehicle being stolen or damaged, we will pay any amount you are responsible for under the rental agreement up to £50,000 including the excess. This will apply whether or not you are at fault for the accident and covers all drivers (up to max of 5) who are covered on the rental agreement.

  • Trip Cancellation

    If you have to cut short your trip because of illness, accident or other circumstances beyond your control, we will pay:

    • Up to £7,500 allowing you to return home and to resume your trip if needed
    • Up to £7,500 for the unused costs of your travel, accommodation, excursions and leisure activities that have been paid for or pre-booked and are non-refundable
  • Personal Belongings, Money and Travel Documents

    If any of your personal belongings, money and/or travel documents are lost, stolen or damaged, your Card provides you with protection for up to £3,500 (maximum £500 per item and £500 for money and travel documents per trip).

  • Travel Inconvenience Insurance12

    When business travel does not go to plan, it’s reassuring to know that your Card has you covered. We’re here to help out in situations such as:

    • Up to £300 for flight delays/cancellations of more than four hours
    • Up to £300 for missed connections
    • Up to £300 luggage delays of more than six hours
    • Up to £750 extended luggage delays of more than 48 hours
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance

    It is reassuring to know that wherever you are on business, your Card provides 24-hour insurance cover for no additional charge and includes:

    • Up to £450,000 travel accident insurance when travelling with a public vehicle during a business trip
    • Up to £225,000 during a business trip of up to 30 days

  • Medical Expenses and Repatriation

    If you have an accident or are ill during your trip we will, where possible, make all the necessary arrangements for you. This includes:

    • Seeing a doctor or other medical professional as appropriate
    • Admission to hospital
    • Your medical treatment

    We will also pay for medical expenses up to £2,000,000 and, if necessary, arrange for your return home.

1. Heathrow Fast Track: Corporate Platinum Cardmember needs to present a Corporate Platinum Priority voucher to gain entry to Fast Track access at participating terminals in Heathrow Airport. Each Corporate Platinum Cardmember is entitled to up to five vouchers. For full terms and conditions please refer to the voucher

3. Special Platinum Airfares: The definition of ‘preferential fare’ varies by carrier based upon fare basis, booking class, qualifying flight numbers, and routes.

4. FINE HOTELS: Valid for new FINE HOTELS & RESORTS bookings made through Platinum Concierge Service. Payment must be made with the Corporate Platinum Card. Cardmember must travel on itinerary booked. Noon check-in and room upgrade based on availability and provided at check- in. Certain room categories are not eligible for room upgrade; call Platinum Concierge Service for details. Breakfast amenity varies by property, but will be at minimum a continental breakfast. Benefit restrictions vary by hotel and cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless indicated. Benefits and promotions are applied at checkout and expire at checkout. Limit one benefit package per room, per stay. Three room limit per Cardmember, per stay; back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at the same property considered one stay.
