Corporate Membership Rewards helps you to have more control of your organisation’s expense management, by enabling you to aggregate rewards points earned across multiple cards. Points are held in a single Company Account, and can be redeemed against a variety of goods and services such as travel, accommodation, office equipment and meetings.
As an alternative to our Corporate Membership Rewards programme, you can authorise your employees to earn Membership Rewards points for themselves.
This provides an opportunity to enhance your organisation’s expense management and consolidate spending across your Cards.

With your British Airways American Express Corporate Programme, your company benefits from travel savings on British Airways flights and cabin upgrades through On Business. On Business Points are earned every time you book a qualifying flight directly with British Airways.
Points can be used to book any flight on British Airways, American Airlines or Iberia up to one day before travel, and if needed, you can make date and time changes at least 24 hours before the first leg at no extra cost.[1] All Points earned through employee spend are pooled into a company account so you can use your Points on travel needs for anyone in your company. Redeeming On Business Points helps your company save on travel costs while giving you flexibility in booking business travel.
Your company will earn an extra 50% On Business Points in addition to your base Point earn when you pay for any eligible British Airways flights with your Card or your Business Travel Account.[2] If your programme includes British Airways American Express Corporate Plus Cards, you will earn an additional 2,500 On Business points every time a Card spends £25k or more in a Card anniversary year.[3] On Business membership is complimentary; membership is subject to the On Business programme terms and conditions.
With your British Airways American Express Corporate Card programme, your employees will collect Avios for eligible spend on their Card. Avios can be used for reward flights, flight upgrades, part-payment for cash bookings, hotel stays and more.[4] Existing members of the British Airways Executive Club can provide their membership number at the time of application; otherwise your employee will be automatically registered into the Executive Club.
British Airways American Express Corporate Cardmembers collect 1 Avios for every eligible £1 spend on the Card. British Airways American Express Corporate Plus Cardmembers collect 1.5 Avios for every eligible £1 spend on the Card and 3 Avios every time they spend with British Airways. [5] Avios are subject to the British Airways Executive Club terms and conditions.
