Membership Rewards® Program

Terms and Conditions

1.  Enrollment in the Membership Rewards ® program is required. The Corporate Green Card Member and the Corporate Gold Card Member is charged a $90 annual enrollment fee. A program fee is not applied for the Corporate Platinum Card®. The annual fee to enroll a Global Dollar Card is $75. Some Corporate Cards are not eligible for enrollment. Card Member eligibility for enrollment is based upon the company’s participation in the Membership Rewards program. Get one Membership Rewards point for every dollar of eligible purchases charged on enrolled American Express ® Corporate Cards. Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents.

2.  Enrollment in the Corporate Membership Rewards program is required. Only the American Express ® Corporate Green Card, American Express® Corporate Gold Card, and Corporate Platinum Card ® from American Express are eligible to enroll in the Corporate Membership Rewards program. The Program Administrator is charged a $90 annual enrollment fee for each enrolled Corporate Green and Gold Card Member. A program fee is not applied for the Corporate Platinum Card®. A program fee is also not applied for the Program Administrator’s Corporate Card. Get one Corporate Membership Rewards point for every dollar of eligible purchases charged on enrolled American Express ® Corporate Cards. Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents. If the Corporate Card Member is transferring from an existing Membership Rewards program to the Corporate Membership Rewards program, the Card Member will have 30 days to use any existing Membership Rewards points before they are forfeited.

3.  This redemption option is not available to companies enrolled in the company-level Corporate Membership Rewards program. For Card Members enrolled in the individual-level Membership Rewards program, enrollment in a participating Frequent Flyer or Frequent Guest program is required. Airline tickets and guest rooms are subject to availability. For each conversion of points into the Frequent Flyer program of a U.S. airline, a fee of $0.0006 per point, with a maximum fee of $99, will be charged to your Card account. We charge this fee to offset the federal excise tax we must pay on such conversions. The fee may be more or less than the actual amount of the excise tax we pay on any individual conversion. We may offer you the option to redeem points to cover this fee.

4.  This redemption option is not available to companies enrolled in the company-level Corporate Membership Rewards program.

5.  This redemption option is not available to individual Card Members enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. To redeem for statement credit on the Corporate Membership Rewards Program Administrator’s (“PA’s”) account, the PA must either make such request online at corporatemembershiprewards.com or call 1-888-800-8564. To redeem for statement credit on an enrolled account other than the PA’s account, the PA’s account must have a zero or negative balance and the PA must call 1-888-800-8564 and request a statement credit transfer. Please note that redemptions for statement credit may take up to five business days to appear on the applicable Corporate Card statement and may appear on a Corporate Card statement in a different billing cycle than the date that the transfer was requested. The PA and all Corporate Card Members are responsible for paying the amount due on their corresponding Card statement by the due date.
