Business Travel Accident Insurance

Business Travel Accident Insurance (“BTAI”) provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage when you charge your scheduled flight, cruise, train, or bus ticket to your Corporate Card.

Eligible Card Members receive up to $350,000 24-hour, door-to-door coverage for business trips for up to 30 days and up to $100,000 coverage for personal trips while boarding, traveling on and exiting a scheduled flight, cruise, train, or bus. This coverage is underwritten by Federal Insurance Company and provided at no additional fee.

Baggage Insurance Plan

Baggage Insurance Plan coverage can be in effect for Eligible Persons for eligible lost, damaged, or stolen baggage during their travel on a Common Carrier (e.g. plane, train, ship, or bus) when the entire fare for a ticket for the trip (one-way or round-trip) is charged to an eligible Card Account. Coverage can be provided for up to $1,250 for carry-on baggage and up to $500 for checked baggage, in excess of coverage provided by the Common Carrier (e.g. plane, train, ship, or bus). For New York State residents, there is a $10,000 aggregate maximum limit for all Covered Persons per Covered Trip. Please read important exclusions and restrictions.

Roadside Assistance Hotline

Your car dies or blows a tire and you're stranded. Now what? Luckily you’re a Card Member. With Roadside Assistance Hotline you can call us in case of emergency for reliable coordination and assistance service to help get you on your way. Third-party service costs are your responsibility. There are some vehicle exclusions and other important restrictions.

24-Hour Customer Service

Get help with urgent requests, such as Card replacement and questions about benefits, anytime you need with our toll-free, 24-hour Customer Service number listed on the back of your Card.

Corporate Express Cash (Requires Company and Employee Enrollment)

The Corporate Express Cash program allows Corporate Card Members to withdraw up to a set amount of cash from participating ATMs around the globe. Withdrawals are debited from the designated bank account, determined by the company at enrollment. Company and employee enrollment is required. Employees should contact their program administrator to learn more.

Membership Rewards® Program (Fee-based)

Enrollment to the Membership Rewards® program offers the opportunity to earn points redeemable for gift cards, merchandise, air travel, hotel stays and more. Earn one point for every dollar of eligible purchases charged on enrolled American Express® Corporate Cards. Membership Rewards points have no expiration date. However, points may be forfeited as described in the program terms. And our easy-to-use online tools simplify the way you manage points, track points and select rewards. Online Account Access

American Express provides 24/7 online access to Corporate Card account information. Card Members can view statements, pay bills, submit expense reports, set up and receive account alerts via email or text message* and dispute charges. Card Member enrollment required at americanexpress.com/register.

Amex® Mobile app

The Amex® Mobile app makes it easy for Card Members to access and manage Corporate Card accounts. View transactions, set up alerts, disputes charges, and schedule payments virtually anytime, anywhere if needed.

ExpenseIt® Pro from Concur App

Save time not receipts. With the ExpenseIt® Pro from Concur app, when Corporate Card Members make a business purchase with their American Express® Corporate Card, they receive a notification on their mobile device reminding them to capture a photo of their receipt. Receipt images can automatically be matched to associated charges, helping to simplify expense reporting. This feature is available to Corporate Card Members using Concur Expense.

TripCase®

American Express Corporate Card Members will receive the following after downloading and syncing the TripCase® app:

  • Alerts about flight delays*
  • On-the-go reminders about Corporate Card benefits like access to airport lounges
  • One master itinerary that consolidates all travel bookings

*Push notifications must be enabled to receive alerts about flight delays.

Apple PayTM‡

When you use an eligible American Express® Card in Apple Pay, it works just like swiping your plastic Card. So expect the same great customer service – whenever or wherever you need us.

Vicinity®

Find Places to Go with Vicinity®

Find restaurants, hotels ,and ATMs that accept American Express® Corporate Cards. Identify locations frequented by American Express Corporate Card Members and see TripAdvisor ratings and reviews for select merchants. Explore Vicinity at amexvicinity.com.

ChromeRiver EXPENSE

Take care of expenses in a snap. When you make a business purchase with your American Express® Corporate Card, Chrome River EXPENSE will alert you to submit a photo of your receipt. The receipt, along with any notes, will be automatically matched to your Card transaction in Chrome River EXPENSE, saving you time when creating expense reports. This feature is available to existing Chrome River customers using an American Express Corporate Card. Contact your American Express account representative to get started.
