Corporate Green Card

Fees

The annual fee for the Corporate Green Card is $55 or a lower amount that may have been agreed between American Express and the Company and will be billed to your account annually. Effective March 6, 2020, the annual fee will increase to $75 (or a lower amount).

Foreign Transaction Fee: 2.5% of each transaction after conversion to U.S. dollars

Late Payment Fee: $39.00 or 2.99% of any past due Pay in Full amount, whichever is greater.

Administrative Suspense Fee (90 days past due and charge privileges suspended): $25.00

Reinstatement Fee (if Card is cancelled due to non-payment): $25.00

The Corporate Card may be used solely for commercial business purposes and in accordance with your Company’s policy. Unless required by law, American Express is not responsible for any problems with goods or services you charge on the Corporate Card. You or American Express may elect to resolve any claim by individual arbitration, in which case the other party may not litigate that claim in court or have a jury trial on that claim. American Express may revoke your right to use the Corporate Card at any time, with or without cause, and without giving you notice. American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc.

Global Assist® Hotline

While Global Assist® Hotline coordination and assistance services are offered at no additional charge from American Express, Card Members are responsible for the costs charged by third-party service providers. For full Terms and Conditions, see americanexpress.com/GAterms.

Business Travel Accident Insurance (BTAI)

Business Travel Accident Insurance: This information is a brief description of the important features of this insurance plan. It is not an insurance contract. Insurance benefits are underwritten by Federal Insurance Company. Coverage may not be available in all states or certain terms may be different where required by state law. Chubb NA is the U.S.-based operating division of the Chubb Group of Companies, headed by Chubb Ltd. (NYSE:CB) Insurance products and services are provided by Chubb Insurance underwriting companies and not by the parent company itself. This insurance is provided to American Express Corporate Cards and Business Travel Accounts in US and US Global Dollar Card programs. Notwithstanding the above, a Client may have negotiated a different benefit amount.

Roadside Assistance Hotline

Roadside Assistance Hotline is a 24-hour dispatch hotline that can send a tow operator or locksmith to assist in an emergency situation. While Roadside Assistance Hotline is available at no additional charge, the Card Member will be charged for any services or goods provided. Tow operator or locksmith can provide the following services: towing, winching, jump starts, flat tire change when Card Member has a workable spare, lockout service when key is in vehicle and delivery of up to 2 gallons of fuel. Services are available when traveling within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and only when Card Member is present with the eligible vehicle. This product does not cover some vehicles, e.g. rental vehicles, motorcycles, taxicabs, unlicensed vehicles, tractors and trucks over 10,000 lbs gross vehicle weight. Other important exclusions apply. We may be unable to provide you with coordination and assistance services in case of inclement weather or on roadways which restrict access to certain service providers. Lockout service may be unavailable for vehicles with transponder keys. Subject to additional important terms, conditions and exclusions. Membership Rewards® program

Enrollment in the Membership Rewards ® program is required. The Corporate Green Card Member and the Corporate Gold Card Member is charged a $90 annual enrollment fee. A program fee is not applied for the Corporate Platinum Card®. The annual fee to enroll a Global Dollar Card is $75. Some Corporate Cards are not eligible for enrollment. Card Member eligibility for enrollment is based upon the company’s participation in the Membership Rewards program. Get one Membership Rewards point for every dollar of eligible purchases charged on enrolled American Express ® Corporate Cards. Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents.

Corporate CashBack® Program

How you will get the cash back: You will receive cash back as a statement credit. For you to earn your one percent (1%) statement credit, American Express must receive and post your full payment for all of the transactions included on your billing statement prior to your next statement date. You will not receive a statement credit if your Card account is cancelled or in default.

The following transactions are not eligible purchases and you will not earn the cash back statement credit for them: purchases of American Express® Travelers Cheques or American Express® Gift Cheques; foreign currency purchases and any related fees; convenience check transactions; purchases and reloads of prepaid cards; Card account fees and charges (including but not limited to late payment fees, Card account annual fees, interest charges and delinquency charges); fees for Card Member services you enroll in or enroll your employees in.

Only available for companies with $4-300 million in annual revenues.

Setting up the Corporate CashBack Program will require additional documentation.

Hilton Honors Silver Complimentary Status

You will receive complimentary Hilton Honors Silver status with your American Express Corporate Green Card  Enrollment is required. All Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions apply. Offer is only available to Corporate Green Card Members and is not transferable.

To receive the perks of Hilton Honors Silver Status, you must book your stay through an Official Hilton Booking Channel.  Official Hilton Booking Channels include any official Hilton website, any official Hilton call center, the Hilton Honors App, directly at a Hilton hotel, or directly through an Accredited Travel Agent[1], such as American Express Global Business Travel .

If your American Express Corporate Green Card is cancelled for any reason, your complimentary Hilton Honors Silver status provided with the Card will be cancelled. Hilton reserves the right to revoke your Hilton Honors Silver status if you do not make a qualifying stay between enrolling in the benefit and the end of the following calendar year. Tenured enrollees must make one qualifying stay per calendar year. If you lose your status, you will be eligible to re-enroll through American Express.

 

American Express reserves the right to change, modify or revoke complimentary Silver status at any time. Online Account Access:

Corporate Card accounts are eligible to enroll for online services. Centrally Billed Accounts, where charges on all card accounts are billed to the company instead of the individual Card Members, may be excluded. Use of online payments and electronic expense report services are subject to your company practices and policies. Card Members must enroll at americanexpress.com/register.

American Express® app

Please use American Express mobile capabilities in accordance with company policy.

ExpenseIt® Pro from Concur App

The Program Administrator must enroll the company in Concur Expense and ExpenseIt Pro from Concur for Corporate Card Members to access the ExpenseIt app.  Enrollment fee varies. Upon company enrollment, Corporate Card Members can download and access the ExpenseIt app on their mobile device. Push notifications must be enabled on the device to receive reminders to take a photo of the receipt. Please use American Express mobile capabilities in accordance with company policy.

TripCase®

All Corporate Card Members in the US, UK and Australia are eligible to use TripCase®. Corporate Card Members must create a TripCase® account and download the TripCase® mobile app at: tripcase.com. Corporate Card Members must sync their American Express Corporate Card to their TripCase® account at the following website: amexcorporatesync.com, to see Corporate Card travel related benefits.

Baggage Insurance Plan

Baggage Insurance Plan is underwritten by AMEX Assurance Company, Administrative Office, Phoenix, AZ under Policy AX0400, Policy AX0400-PR, Policy AX0400-VI, or Policy BIP-IND. Coverage is determined by the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the Policies applicable to your Account and is subject to change with notice. This document does not supplement or replace the Policies. To be covered, you must pay the entire fare for travel on a Common Carrier (e.g. plane, train, ship, or bus) with your eligible Account. Entire Fare means the full fare cost for a Covered Trip on a Common Carrier. This product provides secondary coverage. This means it pays eligible benefits not paid by any primary insurance that you have. For checked baggage, a written report of the loss must be filed with the Common Carrier.
