Corporate Green Card


The annual fee for the Corporate Green Card may be up to $75 and will be billed to the Card Member’s account annually.

Foreign Transaction Fee: 2.5% of each transaction after conversion to U.S. dollars

Late Payment Fee: $39.00 or 2.99% of any past due Pay in Full amount, whichever is greater.

Administrative Suspense Fee (90 days past due and charge privileges suspended): $25.00

Reinstatement Fee (if Card is cancelled due to non-payment): $25.00

The Corporate Card may be used solely for commercial business purposes and in accordance with your Company’s policy. Unless required by law, American Express is not responsible for any problems with goods or services you charge on the Corporate Card. You or American Express may elect to resolve any claim by individual arbitration, in which case the other party may not litigate that claim in court or have a jury trial on that claim. Business Travel Accident Insurance (BTAI)

Business Travel Accident Insurance: This information is a brief description of the important features of this insurance plan. It is not an insurance contract. Insurance benefits are underwritten by Federal Insurance Company. Coverage may not be available in all states or certain terms may be different where required by state law. Chubb NA is the U.S.-based operating division of the Chubb Group of Companies, headed by Chubb Ltd. (NYSE:CB) Insurance products and services are provided by Chubb Insurance underwriting companies and not by the parent company itself. This insurance is provided to American Express Corporate Cards and Business Travel Accounts in US and US Global Dollar Card programs. Notwithstanding the above, a Client may have negotiated a different benefit amount.

Membership Rewards® program

Enrollment in the Membership Rewards® program is required. The Corporate Green Card® and the Global Dollar Card - American Express® Corporate Card is charged a $55 annual enrollment fee. A program fee is not applied for the Corporate Gold Card®, Corporate Platinum Card®, Global Dollar Card - American Express® Corporate Platinum Card, and Global Dollar Card - American Express® Corporate Executive Gold Card. Some Corporate Cards are not eligible for enrollment. For a full list of eligible Corporate Cards, please see the full Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions. Card Member eligibility for enrollment is based upon the company’s participation in the Membership Rewards program. Get one Membership Rewards point for every dollar or for every two dollars of eligible purchases charged on enrolled Corporate Green Cards®, Corporate Gold Cards®, and Corporate Platinum Cards®, depending on the earn rate selected by the company for its employees enrolled in the Membership Rewards Program. Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents.

Corporate CashBack® Program

How you will get the cash back: You will receive cash back as a statement credit. For you to earn your one percent (1%) statement credit, American Express must receive and post your full payment for all of the transactions included on your billing statement prior to your next statement date. You will not receive a statement credit if your Card account is cancelled or in default.

The following transactions are not eligible purchases and you will not earn the cash back statement credit for them: purchases of American Express® Travelers Cheques or American Express® Gift Cheques; foreign currency purchases and any related fees; convenience check transactions; purchases and reloads of prepaid cards; Card account fees and charges (including but not limited to late payment fees, Card account annual fees, interest charges and delinquency charges); fees for Card Member services you enroll in or enroll your employees in.

Hilton Honors Silver Complimentary Status

You will receive complimentary Hilton Honors Silver status with your Corporate Green Card. Enrollment is required. All Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions apply. To receive the perks of Hilton Honors Silver Status, you must book an eligible stay, which is defined as a stay booked through an Official Hilton Booking Channel.  Official Hilton Booking Channels include any official Hilton website, any official Hilton call center, the Hilton Honors App, directly at a Hilton hotel, or directly through an Accredited Travel Agent*, such as American Express Global Business Travel.

If your Corporate Green Card is cancelled for any reason, your complimentary Hilton Honors Silver status provided with the Card will be cancelled. Hilton reserves the right to revoke your Hilton Honors Silver status if you do not make a qualifying stay between enrolling in the benefit and the end of the following calendar year. Tenured enrollees must make one qualifying stay per calendar year. If you lose your status, you will be eligible to re-enroll through American Express.

American Express reserves the right to change, modify or revoke complimentary Silver status at any time. Corporate Card accounts are eligible to enroll for online services. Centrally Billed Accounts, where charges on all card accounts are billed to the company instead of the individual Card Members, may be excluded. ExpenseIt® Pro from Concur App

The Program Administrator must enroll the company in Concur Expense and ExpenseIt Pro from Concur for Corporate Card Members to access the ExpenseIt app.  Enrollment fee varies. Upon company enrollment, Corporate Card Members can download and access the ExpenseIt app on their mobile device. Push notifications must be enabled on the device to receive reminders to take a photo of the receipt. Please use American Express mobile capabilities in accordance with company policy.


All Corporate Card Members in the US, UK and Australia are eligible to use TripCase®. Uber Perks

Standard Rate: The standard U.S. Uber Rewards rate is one point per eligible dollar for Pool, Express Pool, and Uber Eats orders; two points per eligible dollar for X, XL, WAV/Assist, Comfort, and Select; and three points per eligible dollar for Uber Black and Black SUV rides. Uber Taxi and JUMP rides do not earn points. If users do not earn reward points on a ride, they will not earn extra reward points through the American Express benefit.. The extra reward points earned through the Amex benefit are Uber reward points only, meaning that they count toward redemption awards earned every 500 reward points but, unlike "level points," do not count toward Uber Rewards membership levels (Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). Promotions: Any additional promotions that Uber runs will not impact the number of extra reward points provided by the Amex benefit.

Uber Cash: Uber rides and Uber Eats orders paid for using only Uber Cash will not earn extra reward points through the American Express benefit, even if the Uber Cash was paid for using an eligible American Express Corporate Card.

Eligible Card Members: To be eligible for the benefit, Card Members must first open the app and enroll in the U.S. Uber Rewards program, which requires being physically in the United States at the time of enrollment. Card Members already enrolled in Uber Rewards can verify the market in which they are enrolled by checking the Uber Rewards Program Terms & Conditions in their app. Card Members can contact Uber Support regarding any issues they have enrolling.

Extra reward points with Uber Rewards, which is the ability to earn extra reward points with your eligible Amex Card, is available to U.S. Corporate Card Members with the following Cards: American Express® Corporate Green Card, American Express® Corporate Gold Card, and the Corporate Platinum Card® from American Express. Priority pickups at most U.S. airports is available to American Express® Corporate Gold Card Members and Card Members with the Corporate Platinum Card® from American Express. Priority pickups is based on driver availability. Shorter wait times are not guaranteed for any given airport pickup.

Card Members with the Corporate Platinum Card® from American Express also have the ability to request to ride with highly rated drivers where available. Ratings and trip thresholds for highly rated drivers may vary by city and over time. This benefit may not be available in all locations. Baggage Insurance Plan is underwritten by AMEX Assurance Company, Administrative Office, Phoenix, AZ under Policy AX0400, Policy AX0400-PR, Policy AX0400-VI, or Policy BIP-IND. Coverage is determined by the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the Policies applicable to your Account and is subject to change with notice. This document does not supplement or replace the Policies. To be covered, you must pay the entire fare for travel on a Common Carrier (e.g. plane, train, ship, or bus) with your eligible Account. Entire Fare means the full fare cost for a Covered Trip on a Common Carrier. This product provides secondary coverage. This means it pays eligible benefits not paid by any primary insurance that you have. For checked baggage, a written report of the loss must be filed with the Common Carrier.
