Simplified Expense Reporting

Standard Expense Reporting (SER) is a complimentary feature of Manage Your Card Account that helps to simplify expense report preparation. With SER, Card Members can access pre-populated expense reports, annotate expenses, add any out-of-pocket charges and download report. SER also allows for either electronic- or paper-based processing to accommodate company policy.

American Express @ Work®

American Express @ Work provides the capabilities companies need to efficiently manage their American Express® Corporate Card program. With American Express @ Work, program administrators can:

  • Manage multiple Card accounts with 24/7 online access
  • Easily apply for, cancel, and suspend Cards
  • View charges and check transaction status

The Online Statement and Payment Center within American Express @ Work enables program administrators to go from high-level summary of payments to transaction detail in just a few clicks. Program administrators can also:

  • Make payments at the Card, control account, or company level
  • Access convenient payment options with Corporate Online Payments
  • Find a total balance at company or department level with summarized balances
