  • Save Time With Concierge Services

    Delegate tasks to service staff. Concierge services are available 24/7 to assist on virtually everything from coordinating travel plans to finding a business gift.

  • Premium Global Assist® Hotline

    When you travel more than 100 miles from home, you have 24/7 medical, legal, financial or other select emergency coordination and assistance services, including medical and legal referrals, passport replacement, cash wires and more. Card Members may be responsible for the costs charged by third-party service providers.

  • Access to Cash for Emergencies

    The Corporate Express Cash program allows Corporate Card Members to withdraw cash from participating ATMs around the globe. Withdrawals are debited from the designated bank account, determined by the company at enrollment. Company and employee enrollment is required.

  • Premium Roadside Assistance

    Whether you need a tow or a jumpstart, we’ll send help your way 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency services like towing up to 10 miles, changing a flat, or jumpstarting a battery are a phone call away—even if you’re in your driveway—and we will pay for included services up to four times a year. There are some vehicle exclusions and other important restrictions.

  • Online Account Access

    American Express provides 24/7 online access to your Corporate Card account information. Card Members can view statements, pay bills, submit expense reports, set up email or mobile alerts and dispute charges. Card Member enrollment required at americanexpress.com/register.

    We have reserved complimentary memberships for you, including special upgrades and discounts, in premium car rental programs of Avis, Hertz, and National Car Rental. Once enrolled in these programs, you will receive the following benefits:

    $100 Airline Fee Credit

With the ExpenseIt® Pro from Concur App, once a purchase is made with your Corporate Card, American Express will remind you with a notification sent to your mobile device to capture a photo of your receipt. Receipt images can automatically be matched to associated charges, helping to simplify expense reporting. This feature is available to Corporate Card Members using Concur Expense.

  • Access to Travel Benefits

    When you carry the Corporate Platinum Card,you can travel more comfortably knowing you can be covered in case of an accident.

    Business Travel Accident Insurance (“BTAI”) provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage when you charge your scheduled flight, cruise, train, or bus ticket to your Corporate Card.

    Eligible Card Members receive up to $500,000 24-hour, door-to-door coverage for business trips for up to 30 days and up to $250,000 coverage for personal trips while boarding, traveling on and exiting a scheduled flight, cruise, train, or bus. This coverage is provided at no additional fee.

  • Access to Travel Benefits

    Travel more comfortably knowing you can be covered by the Baggage Insurance Plan for eligible lost, damaged, or stolen baggage when you purchase the entire fare for a Common Carrier ticket (e.g. plane, train, ship, or bus) on an eligible Card. Coverage can be provided for up to $2,000 for checked baggage and up to a combined maximum of $3,000 for checked and carry-on baggage. For New York State residents, there is a $10,000 aggregate maximum limit for all Covered Persons per Covered Trip. Please read important exclusions and restrictions.
