Emergency Card Replacement: If you need a lost Card replaced quickly, they will get a new one into your hands — usually by the next business day.
Concierge Services: Our courteous, expert staff is always at your service – whether you have left a document back at the office, need a conference room or wish to send a gift to an associate. They will provide up-to-the-minute travel information; help you change your itinerary, exchange currency and more. They also will assist with securing office space, equipment and support staff. There is no charge for referrals but you are responsible for direct expenses.

When you’re more than 100 miles from home and have an emergency, call our exclusive Global Assist Hotline anytime from anywhere. Accessible 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world, they will:
- Quickly refer you to English-speaking medical and legal professionals.
- Direct you to the nearest health care provider or open pharmacy.
- Coordinate transfers to medical facilities.
- Put you in contact with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
- Arrange for the services of a translator.
Global Assist Hotline is available to Cardmembers and accompanying spouses and children. You pay nothing except costs incurred — doctor’s bills, courier fees, etc.

Use your American Express Executive Corporate Card to book your hotel room at a participating hotel and we’ll guarantee that your room will be held until checkout time the following day. If this is not possible, the hotel will arrange a comparable or better room nearby, plus free transportation and phone service.

1. You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own.
2. If your plans change, call the hotel before 6 pm (4 pm at resorts) on the day of arrival or you will be billed for one night. Be sure to get a cancellation number for your records.
3. Car Rental Program. Benefits given to Executive Corporate Cardmembers are subject to each car rental company's terms and conditions, including age restrictions, and require enrollment to receive benefits. Cardmembers must be affiliated with the Executive Card Program codes received at the time of enrollment.
