Roadside Assistance: Roadside Assistance provides the following services at no additional cost up to 4 times per calendar year when the Cardmember is more than 50 miles from their primary residence and present with the vehicle: towing within 10 miles, winching, jump starts, flat tire change when Cardmember has a workable spare, lockout service when key is in vehicle and delivery of up to 2 gallons of fuel. Cardmember will be charged for the costs of towing in excess of 10 miles and any other additional services, including any services requested when 50 miles or less from their primary residence. 5. Assured Reservations: Your room will be held until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival or comparable accommodation will be provided at no charge. When making reservations at participating hotels or motels request an American Express Assured Reservation and be sure to ask for a confirmation number. To cancel an Assured Reservation, call the hotel or motel before the time specified by the property to avoid being billed for the first night's stay. Be sure to obtain and keep your cancellation number.

International Airline Program (IAP): International Airline Program: International Airline Program: Companion ticket subject to government taxes/fees from $50 to $500 roundtrip, including September 11th Security fee of up to $10. 11. Airport Club Access: The Corporate Platinum Card Member must be traveling. Name on ticket must match name on Corporate Platinum Card. (Ticket not required for US Airways® Clubs.) The Corporate Platinum Card Member must be 18 years of age to enter the Airport Club Lounge without a parent or guardian for Delta Sky Club® lounges where there is no self-service bar. The Corporate Platinum Member must be 21 years of age to enter into all Airport Club Lounges where there is a self-service bar. Local age restrictions apply in non-U.S. locations. The Corporate Platinum Card Member's spouse and children under the age of 21 or up to two companions may enter the club as complimentary guests. 12. Priority Pass™ Select: These Terms and Conditions govern Corporate Platinum Card members' participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ Select program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. By enrolling in Priority Pass Select, you agree that you will be responsible for all accompanying guest visits and will be automatically charged $27 per guest to your Corporate Platinum Card from American Express after you have signed for the visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass from time to time. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass Select program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, Corporate Platinum Card members in good standing may access participating Priority Pass Select lounges by presenting your Priority Pass Select card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass Select member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass Select members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. 13. Gogo®: Corporate Platinum Card members can receive 10 (ten) free sessions (as described below) each calendar year. The Corporate Platinum Card member must pay for the session with the Corporate Platinum Card from American Express, and American Express will issue a credit for such purchase within 4 to 6 weeks of the relevant billing cycle close. A session means any Gogo Flight Pass (a single flight up to 1.5 hrs, single flight between 1.5-3hrs, single flight over 3hrs, and the 24 hour Gogo pass valid for 24 hours on Gogo equipped airplanes). 14. Global Entry: Global Entry is a U.S. government program. American Express has no control over the application and/or approval process, and does not have access to any information provided to the government by the Corporate Platinum member. American Express has no liability regarding the Global Entry program. If you need more information regarding the application and/or approval process, as well as the full terms and conditions of this program, please go to www.globalentry.gov. The benefit is available to Corporate Platinum members only and applies when the Card member selects the "Global Entry" program. Other program applications including, but not limited to, NEXUS, SENTRI, and Privium are not eligible for the statement credit. If a Card member selects any other program in addition to the Global Entry program, the transaction is not eligible for the statement credit. To receive the $100 statement credit, Card member must complete the Global Entry application and pay a $100 application fee with a valid Corporate Platinum. Each Card account is eligible for only one $100 statement credit. If approved, membership into the Global Entry program is valid for 5 years without additional charges and subject to the program's terms and conditions. Complimentary access is specifically for the airport club that corresponds to the airline operating the flight (access pertains to the aircraft, not the flight number). 12. Priority Pass™ Select: These Terms and Conditions govern Corporate Platinum Card members' participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ Select program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. By enrolling in Priority Pass Select, you agree that you will be responsible for all accompanying guest visits and will be automatically charged $27 per guest to your Corporate Platinum Card from American Express after you have signed for the visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass from time to time. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass Select program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, Corporate Platinum Card members in good standing may access participating Priority Pass Select lounges by presenting your Priority Pass Select card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass Select member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass Select members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass Select lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass Select members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package, and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com. Upon receipt of your enrollment information, Priority Pass will send your Priority Pass Select card and membership package which you should receive within 10–14 business days. If you have not received the Priority Pass card after 14 days, please contact American Express using the number on the back of your American Express® Card. Please note, additional Gold Card members are not eligible for membership.

13. Gogo®: Corporate Platinum Card members can receive 10 (ten) free sessions (as described below) each calendar year. The Corporate Platinum Card member must pay for the session with the Corporate Platinum Card from American Express, and American Express will issue a credit for such purchase within 4 to 6 weeks of the relevant billing cycle close. A session means any Gogo Flight Pass (a single flight up to 1.5 hrs, single flight between 1.5-3hrs, single flight over 3hrs, and the 24 hour Gogo pass valid for 24 hours on Gogo equipped airplanes). For further description of the Gogo services and terms and conditions, please visit gogoair.com. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time. American Express may receive a referral fee for the services promoted herein.

14. Global Entry: Global Entry is a U.S. government program. American Express has no control over the application and/or approval process, and does not have access to any information provided to the government by the Corporate Platinum member. American Express has no liability regarding the Global Entry program. If you need more information regarding the application and/or approval process, as well as the full terms and conditions of this program, please go to www.globalentry.gov. The benefit is available to Corporate Platinum members only and applies when the Card member selects the "Global Entry" program. Other program applications including, but not limited to, NEXUS, SENTRI, and Privium are not eligible for the statement credit. If a Card member selects any other program in addition to the Global Entry program, the transaction is not eligible for the statement credit. To receive the $100 statement credit, Card member must complete the Global Entry application and pay a $100 application fee with a valid Corporate Platinum. Each Card account is eligible for only one $100 statement credit. If approved, membership into the Global Entry program is valid for 5 years without additional charges and subject to the program's terms and conditions. The $100 application fee must be paid regardless of a decision by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and is required to process the application. Membership is per person, and a separate application must be completed for each individual. Please allow 3-5 days after the qualifying Global Entry transaction is charged to your Card account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the account. Card members can call the number on the back of the Card if statement credits have not posted after 5 days from the date of purchase. Card members are responsible for payment of all charges until the statement credit(s) posts to the Card account. To be eligible for this benefit, Card account(s) must be active and not in default at the time of statement credit fulfillment.

Travel Rewards: American Express® / Business Extra® Cardmembers will accrue an American Airlines Gift Card ("AA Gift Card") valued at $50 for every $5,000 of Eligible Charges incurred on the American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Card, provided the American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Card member has provided his/her e-mail address at americanexpress.com/register. Provided that the American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Card member provides his/her e-mail address, AA Gift Cards will be distributed to such Card member on a quarterly basis through e-mail 6-10 weeks following the end of the quarter. American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Cardmembers are limited to accruing up to $1,000 in AA Gift Cards in any calendar year. American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Cardmembers must go to americanexpress.com/register to review and confirm that the e-mail address listed is correct. Charges on BTA, CRBTA or ABA Accounts are not eligible to earn the American Airlines Gift Card. 18. American Express® / Business Extra® Rebate: Rebate is earned on base published flown airfare only (does not include taxes, discounts, surcharges and fees) and is sent quarterly to the company via electronic funds transfer or checks and is issued by American Airlines 8-12 weeks following the end of the quarter. American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Cardmember must fly in order for the company to earn a rebate. To qualify, flight taken must be both marketed and operated by American Airlines, American Eagle or an AmericanConnection® carrier (codeshare flights do not apply) and for which American Airlines appears as the merchant of record on the American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Cardmember billing statement. Company is eligible to earn rebates only on the first $1,000,000 of such eligible flown revenue in a calendar year and purchased using the American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Card. Rebate will be 4% if company does not have an American Airlines negotiated discount program and does not book travel through the American Express® Mid-Market Direct travel agency program. Rebate will be 1% if company has an American Airlines negotiated discount program or books travel through the American Express® Mid-Market Direct travel agency program.

Business Extra® Points: All American Express® / Business Extra® Corporate Platinum Card accounts begin to accrue benefits in the Business Extra® program in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable for Business Extra®, which appear at: https://www.businessextraa.com/StaticPageAction.do?userAction=termCondition. In addition to enrollment, accounts must provide Travel Manager's American Airlines AAdvantage® number to use the benefits of the Business Extra® program. Clients will receive points on all Eligible Charges.
