Who is a good referral?

Understanding who makes a good referral is the first key to success in the Partners Plus program. Minimum revenue thresholds are $10MM. Beyond that, be strategic about who you pursue.

Good prospects include:

  • Members/employees of a business, organization, or association that strives to offer tangible benefits to their members, customers, or partners
  • Companies that do not have an American Express® Corporate Card and express interest in an expense management solution
  • A business relationship or client that is using a competitor card product for business travel or general business expenses
  • A decision-maker (CEO, CFO, Managing Director, Finance Director in the company
